WELCOME TO, "Brazil Lien Account," the site designed to expose the defaulted $500 BILLION (U.S. Dollars) COMMERCIAL LIEN by Brazil, Federative Republic of Brazil, and others to lienor John Gregory Lambros. On May 17, 1991, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - Minnesota stockbroker, investment banker and international businessman JOHN GREGORY LAMBROS was arrested on a warrant from the United States. He was denied a bail hearing and access to the courts after his arrest in Rio de Janeiro and illegally taken to Brazilia, Brazil where he was tortured. To add insult to injury, the Brazilian Supreme Court ILLEGALLY granted Lambros' extradition to the United States on April 30, 1992, knowing Lambros could only receive a MANDATORY LIFE SENTENCE WITHOUT PAROLE. The Brazilian Constitution prohibits any penalty of a lifelong character (Article 5, Clause XLVII, b) and Article 75 of the Brazilian Criminal Code, limits the maximum sentence in Brazil to thirty (30) years. For a complete third-party explanation of what happened to John Gregory Lambros and access to court documents, GO DIRECTLY TO: www.brazilboycott.org In 1996, Lambros filed PUBLIC NOTICE of his COMMERCIAL LIEN against Brazil and on December 17, 1997, Lambros served FINAL NOTICE FOR PAYMENT as to his $500 Billion Dollar Commercial Lien. Brazil choose to be neglectful and failed to appear or answer. The following information will assist you in understanding Lambros' right to file a Commercial Lien against Brazil. The State of Minnesota (US) constitution Article 1, Section 8, guarantees every person is entitled to a certain remedy in the law for all injuries or wrongs which he may receive to his person, property, or character ...." The 1988 new constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil (Republica Federative do Brasil) clearly states within Title II, Fundamental Rights and Guarantees, Chapter I, Individual and Collective Rights and Duties, ARTICLE 5:
